Problem: The client for this project noticed that their tenants lacked access to printers and couldn't print checklists and other necessary move-out documentation. 

Solution: I proposed creating a digital version of their move-out checklist.

Process: The client provided a PDF version of their checklist. Using Articulate Rise 360, I incorporated existing checklist language with stock images for the first iteration. Multiple staff members at the property management firm reviewed the first draft and proposed additions and changes. 

Result: Tenants can walk the rental property and use their phones to ensure they have completed all move-out requirements. No paper is required!
