Process: Working with the flower shop owner and researching floral design best practices, I proposed several pricing structures. The shop owner provided input on the final design and pricing structure.
Result: Laminated pricing guides were provided to each floral designer. Immediately after implementing the use of the pricing guide, profits increased!
