Problem: Avolve Software needed to update the content on their Learning Management System. With frequent software updates, content quickly became outdated.

Solution: As a training team, we landed on using a combination of Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360 to provide interactive training courses on software use and navigation. By creating smaller segments, updating content will be easier and timely going forward.

Process: Acting as a subject matter expert, I converted our in-person and online training content into eLearning content.  I used the company brand guidelines for colors and fonts. I used Snagit to capture screenshots and create GIFs. I used Articulate Storyline 360 to create interactive software simulations. An agile creation process was used with feedback from multiple subject matter experts.

Result: The company has content that will be easy to update as future versions of the software are released. Customers have engaging, timely courses to provide their employees when training is needed.
